At Weddings in Camo, we take pride in crafting custom wedding attire. Please review our refund and return policies below.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the order is incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at weddingsincamo@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return amount. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
For exchanges, shipping times may vary based on your location.
If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
